NIOS D.El.Ed Eligibility Criteria of 50% in class 12 relaxed. Teachers who got less than 50% marks in the Intermediate exam result in the NIOS DElEd training exam was NC.
NIOS has cleared the NC and by amending the eligibility rule, it is necessary for working teachers to pass only in HS. In NIOS's D.El.Ed training, all the teachers and teachers with NC results now will get D.El.Ed certificate.

National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has cleared NIOS D.El.Ed Not Certified (NC) Candidate . Now the requirement of 50% minimum marks in Class 12th withdrawn. NC has been put for all the In-Service Teacher DElED Certificate who have not completed HS 12 Exam with 50%.
The certificate was not issued to the serving teachers due to having less than 50% marks in Inter, so they are not getting the benefit of grade pay as well as being untrained was threatening their termination.
In such a situation, there is good news for teachers that now they will be issued a certificate of NIOS D.El.Ed after which they will be trained.
And they will get the full benefits of a trained teacher.

The benefit of this exemption will be available only to in-service teachers who have completed D.El.Ed training within the stipulated time frame.
Relaxation in the minimum score is given only once.
