The Central Selection Board (CSB), Bodoland Territorial Council, Kokrajhar invites application from the citizen of India for filling up of the following sanctioned vacant posts lying under the Department of Industries Commerce and CSB Office, BTC in the Pay Band and Grade Pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules of Govt. of Assam issued from time to time.

Department: Industries & Commerce, BTC
1.Vacant Post: Extension Officer
Total no of posts: 10
Age : Minimum 11 to 38 years of age on 01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/1v1013C candidates are as per Govt. norms.
Required Educational Qualification:
3 years Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Civil/ Textile/Computer/Plastic Processing /Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering / Technology from AICTE recognized Institute or MSW or a Degree from recognized University with advanced proficiency Certificate on Computer Applications/ Industrial Management from a Govt. recognized University/Institute.
2. Vacant Post : Stenographer Grade-III
Total no of posts: 4
Age: Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 01-0I-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC / MOBC candidates are as per Govt. norms.
Required Educational Qualification:
Must be Graduate from GoVt. recognized University. One must possess Diploma/Certificate in Stenographer and pass the speed test of 80 WPM in English with knowledge of computer.

1.Vacant Post: Superintendent
Total no of posts: 1
Age: As per norms fixed by the BTC authority.
Required Educational Qualification:
Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University. One must render not less than 10 years of service under. Govt. or Semi Govt. offices in the District/Sub-Division/Block office as UDA/Sr.A or equivalent post or 5 years in case of BTC Secretariat service as Sr.A.A. The candidates must possess knowledge of computer.
2.Vacant Post: Senior Assistant (Jr.A)
Total no of posts: 2(two) Nos.
Required Educational Qualification:
Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University. One must render not less than 10 years of service under Govt. or Semi Govt. offices in the District/Sub-Division/Block office as LDAJ.Ir.A. or equivalent post or 5 years in case of BTC Secretariat service as Jr.A.A.
Age: As per norms fixed by the BTC authority.
3.Vacant Post : Computer Operator
Total no of posts: 2
Age: Minimum I8 to 38 years of age on 01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per Govt. norms.
Required Educational Qualification:
Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University. One must possess One Year Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application (DOEACC "0-Level or -A- Level).
4. Vacant Post : Stenographer
Total no of posts: 1
Age: Minimum 18 to 38 years of age on 01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per Govt. norms.
Educational Qualification:
Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized University. One must possess Diploma/ Certificate in Stenographer and pass the speed test of 80 WPM in English with knowledge of computer.
N.B. The posts of Superintendent, Sr.A. Computer Operator and Stenographer in CSB Office, BTC as mentioned above are newly created post by BTC and these are not regulated under the old pension scheme to the Govt. of Assam.
Application Fee:
All the eligible candidates applying for the post as mentioned above need to deposit a Treasury Challan paid to Kokrajhar. Treasury Office or IPO for an amount of Rs.150/-(Rupees one hundred fifty) only for General/OBC/MOBC candidates and Rs.100/-(Rupees one hundred) only for SC/ST candidates. In case of Treasury Challan the challan must be, paid in favour of the Principal Secretary. BTC, Kokrajhar payable at Kokrajhar Treasury Office under the Head of Account-8443 Civil Deposit, Personal Deposit, BTC. The challan paid at Kokrajhar Treasury Office only will be accepted. And in case of IPO must be paid in favour of the Member Secretary. CSB, Kokrajhar payable at Kokrajhar Head Post Office.

Candidates only from BTC area need to apply.
The completed application form duly filled up by the candidates with all testimonials should be submitted to "The Member Secretary, Central Selection Board (CSB), BTC, Post Office Road, Kokrajhar" The last date for submission of application is fixed on 15-03-2019 upto office hours. The envelope containing completed application along with testimonials and one self address envelop (size 23cmX 10cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs.5/-must be superscribed the name of the post applied for on the top of the envelop.
