Applications are invited by The Central
Selection Board (CSB) Bodoland Territorial Council(BTC) from eligible candidates
from Indian Citizen for appearing in a Walk-In- Interview /Written Test to be
conducted for filling up of the following newly created posts for CSB office in
the Pay Band and Grade Pay plus other allowances as admissible under the Rules
of BTC from time to time. The educational qualification and other eligible
criteria for the said posts and the programme of Walk-In- Interview /Written
Test are as per given below.

Department: Industries & Commerce ,BTC
1.Extension Officer (Ind)
Total Post: 10
Age limit: Minimum 18- 38 years of age on
01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per Govt. norms.
Required Qualification :
3 years Diploma in Chemical/Mechanical/Civil/ Textile/Computer/
Plastic Processing/Electronics &Instrumentation
Engineering / Technology from AICTE recognized Institute or MSW or a Degree
from recognized University with advanced proficiency Certificate on Computer
Applications/ Industrial Management from a Govt. recognized University/institute.
2.Stenographer-Grade III
Total Post: 04
Age: Minimum 18- 38 years of age on
01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per Govt. norms
Required Qualification :
The
minimum educational qualification for the post of Stenographer should be
graduate in any discipline. One must possess a Diploma in Stenographer and
passes with 80 wpm in English.

1. Superintendent
Total Post: 01
Age limit : As per norms fixed by the ETC
authority.
Required Qualification: Must be Graduate from
Govt. recognized University. One must render not less than 10 years of service
under
Govt. or Semi Govt. offices in the District/Sub-Division/Block office as UDA/Sr.A
or equivalent post or 5 years in case or BTC Secretariat service as Sr.A.A. The
candidates must possess knowledge of computer.
2.Senior Assistant (Jr. A)
No of Post: 02
Age limit: As per norms fixed by the BTC authority.
Required Qualification:
Must be Graduate from Govt. recognized
University. One must render not less than 10 years of service under Govt. or Semi Govt. offices in the District Sub-Division/Block office as
LDA/Jr.A or equivalent post or 5 years in ease Of ETC Secretariat service as Jr.AA.
3.Computer Operator
Total Post: 02
Age limit: Minimum 18- 38 years of age on
01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per Govt. norms.
Required Qualification:
The
minimum educational qualification for the post of Computer Operator should be
graduate in any discipline. One must possess Degree/ Diploma in Computer
application (DOEACC “O” Level or “A” Level).
4.Stenographer
Total Post: 01
Age limit : Minimum 18- 38 years of age on
01-01-2019. Relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC candidates are as per Govt. norms.
Required Qualification:
The
minimum educational qualification for the post of Stenographer should be Graduate
in any discipline. One must possess Diploma in Stenographer and passes with 80
wpm in English.
N.B.
The posts of Superintendent, Sr.A. Computer
Operator and Stenographer in CSB Office, BTCas mentioned above are newly
created post by BTC and these are not regulated under the Old pension scheme to
the Govt. Of Assam.
General Instructions to Candidates :

The eligible candidates willing to apply for the post
as mentioned above may apply by filling up the application form as per
ANNEXURE-I Of this advertisement.
Reservation: The reservation will be as per Sixth Scheduled norms.
(C) Candidates only from BTC area need to apply.
Application Fee: All the eligible candidates applying for the post
mentioned above need to deposit a Treasury Challan paid to Kokrajhar Treasury
Office or IPO for an amount of one hundred fifty) only for General/OBC/MOBC
candidates and Rs. 150( one hundred fifty only) only and for SC/ST candidates
Rs.100/- . In the case of Treasury Challan, the challan must be paid in favor
Of the Principal Secretary. BTC. payable Kokrajhar Treasury Office under the
Head of Account-8443 Civil Deposit, Personal Deposit, BTC. The challan paid at
Kokrajhar Treasury Office only will be accepted. And in case Of IPO must be
paid in
favor of the Member Secretary. CSB, Kokrgihar payable at Kokrajhar Head Post
Office.
Photograph: The candidates are to
furnish copies of recent identical passport size photograph signed across by
the candidate along with the application.
Needed Document: The photo copies of
all educational certificates from HSLC onwards alongwith other
professional/experience, if any need to be furnished. A permanent BTAD
residential certificate belonging to the General Category candidates issued by
VCDC/Municipa1 Board countersigned by the Revenue Circle Officer concerned and
Caste certificate in caste ST/SC/OBC/ MOBC is compulsory to proof the
residence, The candidate must sign all the photo copies of documents
himself/herself as certified 10 be true copy.
Examination/interview: The eligible candidates applying the above
mentioned post will have 10 appear for an Examination/ Interview at their own
cost as and when called for, No TA!DA will be admissible for the purpose.
The completed application form duly filled up by the candidates with all
testimonials should be submitted to WI’he Member Secretary, Central Selection
Board (CSB), BTC, Post Office Road, Kokrajhar”
The last date for submission Of application is fixed on 15-03-2019 up to
office hours.
The envelope containing completed application along with testimonials and one self address envelop (size 23 cm X affixing postal stamp of
Rs.5/-must be superscribed the name of the post applied for on the top of
the envelop.
Incomplete application In terms Of
advertisement and the application received after the closing date will
summarily be rejected.
