Basundhara 2.0 Online Apply | Basundhara Assam 2022 Apply Online

Mission Basundhara is a flagship program launched on 2nd October 2021 by the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Govt. of Assam. Under the leadership of chief minister of Assam, "Mission Basundhara" has been developed in a bid to streamline and resolve and to make land revenue services more accessible to citizens. 

It is expected that the launch of the Mission Basundhara Portal will reduce the pendency in updating of land records and the public will receive stress-free and smooth services without visiting revenue circle offices.

The implementation of the mission shall enable the achieving of the goal of 100% Digitization of Maps and total Integration of Maps, Land Records, and Registration for the State under DILRMP. The citizens shall have access to real-time land records.

Components of Mission Basundhara

Basically, there are three components of Mission Basundhara. The components are as mentioned below -

i. Purification of land records in a mission mode:

ii. Polygon survey of yet to be surveyed 672 non-cadastral villages: The polygon survey of NC villages will pave the way for granting land rights to indigenous landless people inhabiting these villages according to Land Policy, 2019.

iii. Re-survey of 18789 cadastral villages of 27 districts using hybrid methodology: Re-survey of all cadastral villages will pave way to clear titles.

Core Services of Mission Basundhara

A number of land related services will be provided free of cost to the citizens of India through Mission Basundhara portal. Initially, there were only nine land related services during 1st phase. However, with Mission Basundhara 2.0, another 10 new type of services are added. Here is the list of services. 

 

1. Settlement of Khas and ceiling Surplus land.

2. Settlement of Occupancy Tenant.

3. Settlement of special cultivators.

4. Settlement of hereditary land of Tribal Communities.

5. Settlement of AP transferred land from original AP holder.

6. Regularization of settlement of PGR VGR LAND.

7. Online payment of Land Revenue.

8. Field Mutation of Land by right of inheritance (Rural only).

9. Field Mutation of Land after deed registration (Rural only).

10. Field Partition of Land (Rural only).

11. Reclassification of agricultural land to non-agricultural land less than 1 bigha.

12. Allotment Certificate to Periodic Patta.

13. Conversion of Land from Anual Patta to Periodic Patta.

14. Striking out of name from patta.

15. Mobile Number Updation.

16. Name Correction.

17. Area Correction.

18. Office Mutation of Land (Both Urban and Rural).

19. Office Partition of Land (Both Urban and Rural).

How to Apply for Online Services at Mission Basundhara Portal?

Citizens of Assam who wants to avail of any of the above-mentioned land-related services must apply online by visiting Mission Basundhara Portal starting from 14th November 2022. They may follow below mentioned steps to apply for any land-related services. 

• Go to the Important Link section

• Click on Online Application Form Link.

• The official portal of Mission Basundhara will be displayed.

• Now, scroll down on that portal and go to the "List of services" section, and click on the "Apply Now" button of the service/s you want.

• A pop-up window will appear, enter your mobile number and enter OTP, and Verify.

• After successful login, you will get four sections - Land Details, Applicant Details, Documents, and Review & Submit.

• Enter all required details, Upload documents

• At the end click on the Submit button.

• Your application will be submitted for further processing.

Age limit for DEE Assam Teacher Recruitment 2022: 

A candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2021

1. General category: Up to 40 Years.

2. Scheduled Caste & Scheduled Tribes: Up to 45 years.

3. OBC/ MOBC: Up to 43 years.

4. Ex-Servicemen: Up to 42 years.

5. Persons with Disabilities:  Up to 50 years.

Small Family Norms: 

No person having more than two living children on or after 01/01/2022 from a single or multiple partners shall be eligible for appointment as per the Govt. policy on Small Family Norms .

TET Certificate: 

The candidates who have passed the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET) conducted by the Elementary Education Department, Assam .

Medium of Instruction: 

The Language-I of the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test (ATET) of the candidate shall match the medium of instruction of the school, wherein the candidate wishes to apply. As for example, if a candidate wishes to apply in an Assamese Medium School, the candidate must have Assamese as Language-I in the Assam TET. Likewise, for Bodo/Garo/Bengali/Manipuri/

Hindi/Hmar etc. language schools, the candidate must have Bodo/Garo/Bengali/Manipuri/

Hindi/Hmar etc. as Language-I in their Assam TET conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

• Medium of Instruction condition is applicable to the posts of Assistant Teacher of LP School and Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher of UP School only . 

Details for DEE LP LP qualification 2022

Assistant Teacher (LP): 

Candidates will require anyone qualification from the list given below.

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known). 

OR

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002. OR

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 4-Year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) OR

• Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-Year Diploma in Education (Special Education)

Professional Qualification:

Passed in Assam TET for LPS, conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

Assistant Teacher (UP):

Educational Qualification: 

Graduate from the UGC recognized University and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. (Special Education).

Professional Qualification:

Passed in Assam TET for UPS, conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

Science Teacher (UP):

Educational Qualification: 

B. Sc. from the UGC recognized University and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B. Ed. or D. Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. (Special Education).

Professional Qualification:

Passed in Assam TET for UPS, (Science and Mathematics) conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

Assamese Language Teacher:

Educational Qualification: 

Graduate from the UGC recognized University having Assamese as one of the subjects and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. (Special Education).

Professional Qualification:

Manipuri Language Teacher:

Educational Qualification: 

Graduate from the UGC recognized University having Manipuri as one of the subjects and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education or B.Ed. or D.Ed. (Special Education) or B. Ed. (Special Education).

Professional Qualification:

Passed in Assam TET for UPS, conducted by Elementary Education Department, Assam.

NIOS (ODL) Course: 

The candidate who has completed the 18-month D. El. Ed. course fram the NIOS (ODL) will be treated at par and equally with the other candidates who have completed the 2-year course for the purpose of this recruitment process.

DEE Assam Teacher Pay:

Assistant Teacher (LP): 

Pay Band - 2 (PB-2) @ Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible as per “The Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2019”

Assistant Teacher (UP): 

Pay Band - 2 (PB-2) @ Rs. 14,000/- to Rs. 60,500/- plus Grade Pay and other allowances as admissible as per “The Assam Service (Revision of Pay) (Amendment) Rules, 2019”

Documents required to be uploaded in colour:

• Passport Size Photograph.

• HSSLC Mark-sheet and Certificate.
