National Initiative for School Heads 'and Teachers' Holistic Advancement (NISHTHA) Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) training is planned for principals.  This training is likely to start from 1st October 2021.  Due to the epidemic of Covid-19 in the entire nation, this training will have to be obtained from the online mode through the loyalty course on the initiation platform.

NISHTHA FLN 3.0 TRAINING PROGRAM

Nishtha FLN 3.0 is a comprehensive program for the capacity building of elementary-level teachers under Samagra Shiksha. The modules developed under NISHTHA focus on the all-round development of the children. All the courses are centered around the learning outcome, child-centered and based on the teaching-learning process.


Online Nishtha FLN 3.0 training program is being started from 1st November 2021 through Diksha Portal in the year 2021-22 in collaboration with NCERT and SCERT, Assam

The loyalty training program will be made available online for the teachers as per the following schedule –

  • Every month 2 modules will be uploaded on Diksha Portal.
  • The training for both modules will have to be completed by the end of the same month.
  • This training is divided into a total of 6 phases.
  • It will be mandatory to complete this training for all Diet Mentors, ARP, KRP, SRP and all Headmasters, Assistant Teachers, Shiksha Mitras and Instructors working in primary and upper primary schools.
  • The link of the training will be made available one day before the start of the course.
  • You will be able to get the certificate only after securing a minimum of 70% marks in the Online Assessment Test for completing each course.

NISHTHA FLN 3.0 PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Following are the main objectives of loyalty training program –

  • Ensuring an inclusive classroom environment by including play, exploration and activity based pedagogy.
  • To formally incorporate children's daily living situations and their local languages.
  • To develop aptitude for reading and writing skills in the students. To enable children to read and write independently.
  • Developing children's understanding of numbers, sizes and shapes. To enable them to solve numerical and environmental problems.
  • To focus on continuous capacity building of teachers, headmasters, ARP's and education administrators.
  • To actively engage with all stakeholders i.e. teachers, parents, students and community, policy makers to build a strong foundation for lifelong learning of children.
  • Ensuring continuous and comprehensive evaluation (assessment of learning) through portfolio, group and collaborative work, project work, quizzes, plays, games, oral presentations, short tests etc.

Nishtha 3.0 COURSE ONLINE (FLN) Training on Diksha

In which the teachers of all the pre-primary schools of the state and the teachers and principals of Std. 1 to 5 of all the government, grant-aided and private primary schools have to be involved.  The course will be available in Gujarati, Hindi, English and Urdu medium.  3 courses will start from October, teachers who have previously registered on the initiation portal do not need to re-register. But once one is not registered on the initiation portal, it is mandatory to register to join the course.  The teacher has to follow the following steps to register on the initiation portal.

How to register in DIKSHA App for studying NISHTHA Module.

1. At First Download the DIKSHA app from Google play store.


2) After downloading the DIKSHA app, the screen will come as shown below.

3) Select your preferred language from the screen and click on the Continue button.

 4) Now the screen is shown as below. Click Teacher from there.

5) This time the screen will come as shown below; Click Select Board on the screen.

6) The screen will come as shown below; Submit by clicking on the State (Assam) on the screen.



7) Select Medium,Class from the screen as shown below.


8) Click on the upper-left corner this time the screen will come as shown below; Click Login on the screen.



9) This time the screen will come as shown below; you can log in if you have a Gmail account in your name. Otherwise, click Register here shown with the red arrow in the picture below.


10) Confirm the Page as below.

10) Now Select and fill your working district, block, cluster, and school name on the screen.

11) Select your Birth Year.


12) DIKSHA app is now ready for the NISHTHA Module study.



13) Join the NISTHA FLN Course as shown below & Start Learning.


The teacher has to fill the self-declaration form on the loyalty portal to join the online course otherwise he cannot join the course.  The details of this registration must include district, taluka, name of the caster, name of the school, teacher code.  All the teachers of your district on the initiation portal.  It is hereby asked to give the necessary instructions from your level to register by December 1 2021.
