DEE Assam Online Apply Instructions
- The candidate shall log on to www.assamtet.online and click "Apply Now" and then registration.
- Register with your details for new applicant or login using phone number or email id & password.
- Before you proceed to register yourself, you must ensure that you have read and understood the eligibility criteria & reservation policy for the past you are applying for.
- Before final submission of online Application Form, read the declaration given on the website carefully and given your consent on it, failing which you will not be able to complete your registration. So, you must check the information details carefully before the final submission of the Registration form.
- If a candidate submits more than one Registration Page, his / her candidature shall be liable to canceled and debarred for future examination(s). No communication will be sent in this regard.
Documents Need for Apply Online
1. Your scanned passport photo should be within 150 x 200 px in size, should be less than 100 KB and more than 50KB.
2. Scanned copy of the applicant's recent photograph with the following specifications.
- The photograph should be in formals.
- The photograph must be a passport size color picture.
- The photograph must be taken in full-face view directly facing the camera.
- The photograph should have no shadows and red eyes.
- Photo format should be .jpg only
- The applicant should sign with black ink on a white paper and get the Signature scanned.
- The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
- Maximum size 49 KB and Minimum size 21 KB and should be 50 x 200 px in size.
- The scanned signature format should be .jpg or .jpeg only.
4. For certificates, please make a single pdf of mark sheets & certificate for each type and the pdf should be less than 1MB in size

LP Qualification :
(a) Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known).
OR
Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent) with at least 45% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), in accordance with the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations 2002.

a) The candidates will be selected for the post of Assistant Teacher in the same medium school as per the Language-I selected in the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) for LPS.
b) The regular teachers working in LP School are not allowed to apply in any posts in LP Schools and regular teachers working in UP Schools are not allowed to apply in any posts in UP Schools. However, regular LP teachers if otherwise eligible may apply in UP Schools through proper channel only.
c) All eligible contractual teachers may apply to any one of the posts.
d) A candidate can apply only once in any of the districts mentioned above.
e) Candidates who have passed TET for 6th Scheduled Areas are not eligible as per Govt. letter vide No. PMA.345/2016/Pt-II/19 Dated 08/12/2016 and candidates, who have passed TET for Madrassa are not eligible for the post of Assistant Teacher as per Govt. Notification vide No. ASE.675/2013/38 Dated 17/10/2015.

32/2016/12 dated 21st May 2018.
