DEE, Assam LP/ UP Teacher Online Application Form 2019
It is for information of the candidates who have applied for the post ofTeachers in LP/ UP Schools under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam against the DEE, Assam Advertisement-A No. AA /SIU /125 /2018 /22 dated 11.03.2018; Advertisement-B No. EAA/SIU/125/2018/31 dated 11.03.2018 and subsequent Addendum vide No. EAA/S1U/125/2018/133 dated 29.10.2018; Addendum-II vide EAA/ SIU/125/2018/177 dated 03.11.2018 and Corrigendum vide No. EAA/SIU/125/ 2018/188 dated 10.01.2019 that the District-Level Screening/Verification of documents of candidates who have applied for the post of Teachers in LP/ UP Schools under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam will be held in the respective districts Head Quarters from 14.02.2019 to 20.02.2019.
The candidates are requested to visit the official website of DEE, Assam i.e. https://dee.assam.gov.in for checking their names against their application numbers.

How to Download/Print your DEE,Assam Regular Teacher Online Application Form
- At first CLICK HERE
- Then A new Window will open
- Put your Application Number (If you Forgot your Application Number then Search in the District wise verification list)
- Enter Your Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
- Click on Login
- Now you can Download or Print your Application Form
The candidates must attend the Screening/ Verification process with all the original relevant testimonials & a Photo Identity Proof along-with a self-attested photo-copy for submission to the District-Level Selection Committee at the time of verification.
