Skill Development Training is proposed to be conducted and sponsored by the Director of Welfare of Scheduled Caste, Assam for State Council for Vocational Training(S.C.V.T.) certification trades of Draughtsman(CIVIL) and Surveyor(CIVIL) for a course duration of 2 years for 32+32+64 nos of Unemopled Woman of Scheduled Caste under the scheme of Skill Development under "Sati Radhika Women Empowerment Schemes" and unemployed Youth of Scheduled Caste under the scheme of  Skill Development Training out of SCA to SCSP . Intersted SC candidates fulfilling the criteria can apply for FREE Course Draughtsman and Surveyor in the format within 16-09-2019.
