Minimum 18 years or not more than 38 years as on 01.01.2019. The upper age limit is relaxable for reserved categories as per rule

Educational Qualification: Must have completed or passed class VIII standard.
Pay: 12,000-37,500 + Grade Pay of Rs.3900 with other allowances.
