1. Post Name: Registrar.No. of Positions: 1
Age limit: Not less than 50 years as on 01-07-2019.
Pay Band- Rs.1, 44.200/- to 2,18,200/- & Grade Pay of Rs. 10.000/ and all other admissible allowances.
Required Qualification:
- A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade Of (B) in the UGC seven-point scale.
- 15years as Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Senior Scale)/ 8 (eight) years Of experience as Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Selection Grade)/Reader/ Associate professor along with experience in educational administration OR, comparable experience in research establishment and /Or Other institutions Of Higher Education, OR, 15 (fifteen) years Of administrative experience Of which 8 (eight) years as Deputy Registrar or in an equivalent post.
Desirable: Knowledge of financial/human resource management and Other related matters connected with resource mobilization.
2. Post Name: Academic Registrar:
No. of Positions:1 (UR)
Pay Band- Rs. 1,44,200/- to 2,18,200/- & Grade Pay of as. 10,000/-
Age limit: Not less than 45 years and not more than 55 years on 01/07/2019 and shall retire at the age of 60 (sixty) years.
- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade Of (B) in the UGC seven-point scale.
- Minimum 10 (ten) years Of experience as Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Senior Scale)/ 5(five) years Of experience as Lecturer/Assistant Professor (Selection Grade)/Reader/ Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration OR, comparable experience in research establishment and for other institutions of Higher Education.
3. Post Name: Finance and Accounts Officer (FAO):
Pay Band- Rs. 78,800/- to 2,11,500/-& Grade Pay of Rs. 7,600/-
Required Qualification:
- M. Com. with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with a specialization in Finance/ Accounts or CA / MBA in Finance.
- 9 (nine) years Of experience as Assistant Professor and above, with experience in Educational Administration. OR (i) At least 5 (five) years Of experience as Assistant Registrar (Finance and Accounts or in Accounts/finance/ Audit Branch) in University/Higher Education Institution, OR in an equivalent position in Government organization/ Private organization of repute.
Desirable:
- Knowledge Of Government Rules/Accounting/Auditing/ Budgeting/Store Accounting etc. and regulations Of State Universities relating to Accounts/Audit, Service Conditions, and related financial matters.
- Proficiency of Computer Applications etc.

Documents needed with Application:
Attested copies of Mark sheets. Birth Certificate, Educational Certificates and Experience Certificates, etc. must be attached to the application. Incomplete application or application without relevant enclosures will be rejected.
Selection Criteria:
Stringent criteria may be applied while shortlisting the applications. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. The University reserves its right to limit the total number 0f candidates to be called for interview.
