NHSRC Recruitment 2019 vacancy details :


1. Consultant- Community Processes (HQ – RRC-NE)

Job Location: RRCNE, Guwahati

Age Limit: Maximum 40 years (as on last date of receiving the application)


Job Location:
The job location of Consultant is at RRC-NE Guwahati. However, he/she may be required to relocate at any of the stations in any NE States on requirement of organization.

Working Period : 
Till 31st March 2020.

Consultancy Fees
The Consultant will be paid consolidated monthly fees as per NHSRC HR Policy (within Rs.44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/-) . 


Education Qualification:
Post Graduate degree in Social Work/ Social Science/ Rural Development

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years post qualification experience, preferably in the implementation of health programmes at the NGO / Community / PRIs level, and familiarity with the direct implementation of community processes through field-based NGOs, CBOs, etc. will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in training and implementing large scale Community Health Worker programmes will be an added advantage
Other Eligibility 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi iso desirable.
  • Computer proficiency with a gh level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power Point; any one computerized accounting package is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Experience of working with senior government officials at central and or state level.
  • Good capacity building skills in health sector
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Formal educational qualification and experience could be relaxed when there is published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance.

Reporting Requirements

The Consultant will submit monthly updated report to the Director, RRCNE

The Consultant shall not be entitled to any other benefits, payments, subsidy, compensation or pension, except as expressly provided in the consultancy agreement. The consultant shall not be exempt from taxation and shall not be entitled to reimbursement of any taxes which may be levied as per existing
rules on the remuneration received.

2. IT Manager:


Age Limit: 45 years & below. (As on last date of application)
Job Location: New Delhi with Willingness to travel on need basis

Remuneration Range: Between Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month


Education Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in B.Tech (IT/Computer) / BE (IT/Computer) / MCA
  • 6 years of Post Qualification work experience in IT support Service/Network Management
  • Good verbal and Writing skill in English/Hindi

3. Consultant – Healthcare Technology (Health Technology Assessment)

Age Limit: Maximum Years (As on last date of receiving the applications)
Job Location: New Delhi with willingness to travel on need basis
Salary : Between Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month

Education Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduation in engineering/Biological sciences/Medicine/clinical research. A post-graduation in relevant discipline is desirable.
  • Training/Experience on Health Technology Assessment including systematic review and health economic modeling.
  • Published work in the area of health technology assessments or Economic evaluation or meta-analysis of published studies/trials on devices is desirable.
  • Previous experience in compilation of health technology assessment reports is desirable.
  • Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, power point & Web surfing to search relevant data & documents.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge in Health systems development desirable.
  • Willingness to travel to states & districts to collect technical information and ability to subsequently
  • synthesize information into research evidence.
Formal educational qualification and experience could be relaxed when there is published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance.

4. Consultant – Healthcare Financing (HCF)

Age Limit: 40 years (As on last date of receiving applications) Age can be relaxed for a suitable candidate.
Job Location: New Delhi with willingness to travel on need basis
Salary : Between Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month

Education Qualification and Experience:

Medical / Dental/ Ayurveda degree from a reputed Institute with a Masters qualification in Public Health/Health Management or Health Financing; MBA (Finance) or Doctorate or M.Phil. in economics with work in health financing – Master’s In Economics could also be considered provided the candidate has published papers related to health.

Minimum 2 years post qualification experience of working with health sector with focus on healthcare financing.

Other Qualities:

  • Team player, show ability to work with government officials, administration, community representatives, and other domestic/ international partners.
  • Excellent communication skills (including written and presentation skills) in English and a working knowledge of Hindi.
  • Computer proficiency including MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and ability to undertake search Engine based research. Knowledge of statistical packages (like EPI – info/SPSS/Stata/SAS) is desirable.
  • Ability of multi-tasking and adherence to tight timelines under increased work- pressure.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills

5. Consultant – Community Processes / Comprehensive Primary Healthcare

Job Location: New Delhi with willingness to travel to states and districts
Salary : Between Rs. 44,000/- to Rs. 99,000/- per month

Qualification & Experience:

Essential:
  • Possess an MBBS / BDS / AYUSH with a post graduate degree or diploma in Public Health/Epidemiology/IT/Communications
  • Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in implementation of health programmes, including community health
  • Experience in direct implementation of health service delivery programmes through government, NGOs or Regional Resource Centres.
  • Experience in one or all of the following: documentation, data analysis, and training.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Desirable:
  • Working knowledge of Hindi / other major regional language
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with NGO led Primary Health Care/Community Health Worker programs/state level public health programmes.
Formal educational qualification and experience could be relaxed when there is published work of high quality or whenever there is work experience of specific relevance.
