IIE Guwahati Recruitment 2019 vacancy details :

1. Project Head Grade I
No. of Positions: 1
Monthly Salary: Rs. 45,080/- per month

Job Responsibilities:
Project Head Grade I will be responsible for developing and implementing the project’s
entrepreneurship support programme for women to start and scale up businesses in
Assam, and potentially further states in North East.

Qualifications and Experience:

Post-Graduate degree in management or other related fields.

• Minimum 8 to 10 years of professional experiences in entrepreneurship promotion and related work.
• Work experience in an industry/business association or a service provider providing start-up support (such as incubation centres, innovations labs, business development programmes etc.) is preferable
• Good knowledge on policies and approaches adopted by government, various stake holders and the private sector to promote entrepreneurship in India, specifically in North East
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluent in English, Hindi

2. Project Executive Grade I
No. of Positions: 2
Monthly Salary: – Rs.28,420/- per month

Qualifications and Experience:

• Post-Graduate degree in any field or BE in any specialization.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of professional experiences in project work.
• Work experience in an industry/business association or a service provider providing start-up support (such as incubation centres, innovations labs, business development programmes etc.) is desirable.
• Proactive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Assamese is a must; fluency in further regional languages would be an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

Project Executive will be responsible for executing and coordinating the entrepreneurship
support programme for women to start and scale up businesses in Assam, and potentially
further states in North East.

Education Qualification:
Masters Degree in Management, Economics, Agriculture, Social Work.


Experience:
At least 5 years proven track record of working on similar assignments

Salary: Rs.34, 300/- per month



Job Role: 
The Project Lead would provide essential support to a project, working with the project head /director and other team members to achieve project success. The role would include leading the project execution, identifying and managing project risks and developing solutions, developing a positive relationship with clients, beneficiaries, vendors and other stakeholders, managing and monitoring team member activities, data collection, documentation and reporting.

• Ability to proactively address potential issues and solve problems
• Excellent computer skills
• Collaborative working style and team-player attitude
• Ability to work independently with little supervision
• Outstanding organisational skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Term of appointment:

Initially for 6 (six) months, subject to continuation of the project for one year.
