IIT Guwahati Recruitment 2019 vacancy details:-

Job Profile: The primary duty of the language trainers will be to train students in remedial English apart from other tasks as assigned by the Dept. of HSS. 

Nature of post: One year contractual position. The contract may be renewed for one more year based on performance. Evaluation will take place every six months.

No of posts:  02 (two)

Age limit : 35 years (maximum). The maximum age may be relaxed for candidates belonging to reserved category as per GOI norms..

Educational Qualification: MA in English Language Teaching (ELT). M.Phil. in ELT may be desirable qualification.

Desirable:  

(i) Expertise in conducting language lab sessions with relevant software.

(ii) One (01) year experience in teaching English Language

Pay: Consolidated salary in the range of ₹40,000- 50,000/- per month based on qualification and experience.
