Screening/ Verification of Documents/ Testimonials of Candidates who have applied for the Post of Grade-III and Grade-IV Staff under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam. The Check list of the Verification as follows :-

Check List for Grade-III posts (JA-HQ/ JA-FLE/ SA-FLE)

1. Identity Proof & Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)

2. Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)

3. Educational Qualification (Bachelor’s Degree from recognised University)

4. Computer Qualification (6-Month Diploma from an institute recognised by

Govt.)

5. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

Check List for the posts of Driver

1. Identity Proof & Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)

2. Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)

3. Educational Qualification (HSLC Exam passed from recognised Board)

4. Driving License (Medium Vehicle Driving License issued by Competent

Authority)

5. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

Check List for Grade-IV posts (Peon/ Night Chowkidar)

1. Identity Proof & Address Proof (Permanent Resident of Assam)

2. Date of Birth (Birth Certificate/ Admit Card/ Certificate)

3. Educational Qualification (Read up-to Class-VIII)

4. Caste Certificate issued by Competent Authority.

NB:

• All the qualifications/ certificates must be obtained before the age of 38 years as per existing Govt. rules.
• The candidates attending the Screening/ Verification, must bring along the Registration Copy/ Print-Out of successful Online Application.
• All candidates must submit a self-attested photocopy set of relevant testimonials along-with a copy of Passport Photo

It is for information of the candidates who have successfully applied for the post of Grade-III Staff,i.e. Junior Assistant ( Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam),Junior Assistant(Field Level Establishment under DEE,Assam)and Computer(Field Level Establishment under DEE,Assam) against the DEE, Assam Advertisement-No. EAA /SIU /150 /2017 /264 dated 28.02.2019 and for the post of Grade-IV Staff,i.e. Grade IV-Peon (Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam ),Grade IV- Peon (Field Level  Establishment under DEE,Assam) and Grade IV-Night Chowkidar ( Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam) against the 
 Advertisement-No. EAA/SIU/393/2017/Pt-I/44 Dated 28-02-2019 and for the post of Driver (Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam ) aghainst the Advertisement No. EAA/SIU/393/2017/Pt-I/42 Dated 28-02-2019 through the official website of DEE,Assam that the District-Level Screening/ Verification of documents of candidates will be held in the respective districts Head Quarters from 03-06-2019 to 21-06-2019.
The District Level Selection Committee will notify the Time and Venue of the verification in the District Head Quarters accordingly.

As per DEE Assam Notification for Documents Verification for Total 23 Posts of Grade III & Grade IV which planned to be held from 3rd June at District Head Quarters . DEE Uploaded the valid Candidate lists for the above posts . DEE Assam Grade III & IV Recruitment 2019 Selection process

After Documents verification of the candidate of DEE Assam Grade III & Grade IV Posts there will be Written Examination & Interview for Grade III & Grade IV.The candidate have to face the Objective Type Written Examination (OMR)/ Interview as per the existing Govt. Rules.DEE Assam will issue DEE Asssam Grade III & IV Examination Admit Card after Verification of documents.

The candidates must undergo a Written Examination (OMR), A Writing Ability Test and Computer Proficiency Test in a phase manner. 

• 1st Phase: The Written Examination will be held for total 100 marks 
• 2nd Phase: The Writing Ability Test will be held for total 30 marks to assess the Language Skill of English and Assamese. 
• 3rd Phase: The Computer Proficiency Test will be held for total 20 marks Candidates must have to qualify in the 1st Phase to appear in the 2nd Phase and 3rd Phase respectively. 

The selection of candidates will be finalized by the State Level Selection Committee (SLSC).
