Religion, Nationality & Caste.

6. Click Submit & After sign up a unique registration no will be generated.

7. Login using your registration no and date of birth in dd/mm/yyyy format & The Shown Code.

8. Click on Log In

9. Step I: Fill Up Personal Information, Address, Educational Qualification

10. Step II: Now Click On Document Upload

11. Upload Passport Photo and Signature in JPG format

12. You can view your Uploaded Photo & Signature

13. Step III: Preview your information and click on Submit Button

14. Now Select the Declaration & Click on Submit your Candidature.

15. Step IV: Take Print out of the System Generated Application Form/Acknowledgment.
