MMS-CMSGUY invites applications for filling up the following position by direct recruitment on contractual basis for the following positions.
Name of Post: Accounts Assistant.
Number of Post: 1
Qualification: M.Com with at least 55% marks and 6-month Diploma in Computer Application.
Minimum Remuneration (excluding other benefits): Rs. 25,000-40,000
Other Benefits (Applicable only to Head Office): Rent @ Rs.4,500 Fixed. Medical Allowance Rs. 500 Fixed Telephone/Mobile Allowance Rs. 500.

General Information
1. Educational qualification should be duly attested by a prestigious institution / university recognized by the Government.
2. Application in format prescribed on website http://mmscmsguy.assam.gov.in along with education/experience certificates should reach online on email ceocmsguy@gmail.com with a hardcopy to the O/o the CEO, MMS-CMSGUY, OTI Building, Veterinary Campus, Khanapara, Guwahati-22 before 5 pm on 25th February, 2019.
3. The selected candidate will be engaged initially for a period of 1 year which may be extendable for a further period based on their performance.
4. Shortlisted candidate will be communicated through this official website. No invitation letter will be issued to the selected candidate. No request for postponement of interview/test will be entertained.
5. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the interview.
6. Incomplete application or application received after the last date will be summarily rejected. Mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria will not confer any right to be called for interview.
7. In any form, publicity will be considered ineligible.
8. Candidate already employed in any Government organization/department should apply through proper channel. However, they can send an advance copy for information. If they are called for a test / interview, they will have to submit "No Objection Certificate" With the employer, if the application has not been routed through the appropriate channel.
9. Remuneration, other terms and conditions and rules and regulations apply the selected candidate will be decided by the Competent Authority and shall be binding on all concerned.
10. During the course of employment, the employee may have to travel to the places of duty as assigned and may have to work anywhere in the state.
11. CMSGUY reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without assigning any reasons thereof. Decision of the authorities regarding suitability of candidate will be the last. Further clarification /cross examination in this regard, if any, will be uploaded only on CMSGUY website.
