119 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army) Assam will be caring out a Recruitment Rally from 17th January to 24th January 2019 at Thakurbari military station (Assam) .

Age : 18 to 42 Years as on date of recruitment
Total Vacancies : Soldier (General duty) 27
Role : Chef, Tailor,Steward,Hair Dresser,House Keeper, Soldier (Clerk)
Education Qualification for Territorial Army Recruitment Rally:
SOLDIER General Duty – 10th pass with 45% marks in aggregate/ 33% marks in each subject.
SOLDIER Tradesman – 8th pass (Housekeeper) and 10th pass(Others)
SOLDIER CLERKS – 12th pass with 60% marks in each subject and 50% marks

Medical examination ARMY Recruitment Rally:
The next step of successful candidates in the physical fitness test and physical measurement test will be the medical examination. Candidates should not have knock knee, flat foot or squint-eyed, and they should not be color blind. Varicose vein shall be considered a temporary disqualification. They must be in good mental and bodily health.
Required Documents:
Candidates are advised to bring the following documents in original on the day of the rally as per program.The following documents Original & 2 XEROX Copy of Each must be brought by the candidates:-
(1) BIRTH CERTIFICATE – issued by Registrar of Birth & Death or 10th Class Board Certificate
(2) Photograph – candidate will bring 20 copies of unattested Passport size color photographs.
(3) Document – PAN Card & AADHAAR Card
(4) MARK SHEET – 10th/12th/above (As applicable)
N.B.: Tattoos / Engraving – Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of a forearm. i.e from inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of the hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and the candidate will be barred from further selection.
