Assam Rural Infrastructure and Agricultural Services Society (ARIAS Society) invites applicants for a Walk-In Interview for the recruitment of 1(One) Financial Service Specialist (FSS) on contract basis under the World Bank financed APART. The selected candidates will be placed at the Project Coordination Unit (PCU) in the ARIAS Society. 

Vacant Post: Financial Service Specialist
Total Vacancy: 1Age Limit : The maximum age of the candidate should be 50 years as on V March 2019. 

Required Educational Qualification: 

Master degree/ Post Graduate Diploma (min two years duration) in Finance/ Microfinance/Banking/ Rural Economics/ Development Economics/ Rural Management/ Agri-business or a closely related field from any Govt. recognized University/Institutions. 

Required Experience: Minimum 11 years experience in developing/ emerging markets on financial inclusion/micro-finance/ rural finance/SME finance development/investment fund management. 

Needed Computer Skill: Must have proficiency in the use of Internet based applications, Graphics, MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point and other related applications. 
Language proficiency: Good knowledge of written & spoken English and Hindi. 

Indicative  range of remuneration: Rs. 18.00 Lakh to Rs. 25.80 Lakh/Year. However the Remuneration will be around 30% hike on the last drawn CTC of the applicants.

Experience: At least two years of professional experience in designing outreach programs. promotional materials, marketing collaterals, press notes, media releases. content drafting/writing. blog writing. arranging press conference, developing corporate communication strategies. media liaison, publicity management, etc. Experience in working with local media is desirable.

8. Post Harvest Management Experts (PHMEs)

Experience: At least two years of professional experience in Post Harvest Management of Agriculture/Horticulture commodities, including development of innovative Post Harvest Management practices for different commodities.
