• B.Sc. in Physics / Electronics / CS / IT / Instrumentation
• OR Three-year Diploma in relevant streams

Technician Grade-III:

• Matriculation/SSLC + ITI from NCVT/SCVT
• OR Matriculation/SSLC + Completed Apprenticeship
