Eligibility Criteria of IBPS Specialist Officer Recruitment
Age Limit (as on 01.07.2025)
Age: 20 to 30 years. Candidate should be born between 2nd July 1995 and 1st July 2005 (both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification
- I.T. Officer (Scale I):
- B.Tech/B.E in CS/IT/ECE/EEE or equivalent, OR
- PG in Electronics/CS/IT, OR
- Graduate with DOEACC ‘B’ Level
- Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): 4-year Degree in Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Fisheries etc.
- Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): PG in Hindi with English at Graduation level or PG in Sanskrit with English and Hindi at Graduation level.
- Law Officer (Scale I): Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and enrolled with Bar Council.
- HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Graduate + 2 years PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR/Personnel Management/IR/Labour Law etc.
- Marketing Officer (Scale I): Graduate + 2 years PG Degree/PG Diploma in Marketing (MBA/MMS/PGDM etc.)
