The Board of Secondary Examination  Assam (SEBA) made an important announcement on August 10 about the High School Leaving Certificate(HSLC) Exam and this decision falls in line with the New Education Policy (NEP)

SEBA HSLC Exam 2023 New Pattern

As per reports, the question paper for the HSLC examination will be revised. The question paper of 100 marks will now comprise objective questions having a weightage of 45 marks, spread across four subjects. English, General Science, General Maths and Social Science will be the four subjects.

It will come into effect from the upcoming 2023 HSLC examination. SEBA has also informed that the first 50% of questions (i.e. 45 questions) will contain objective-type questions (very short question – 01mark each).
