Assam education minister Ranoj Pegu announced that mutual transfer orders through the state government’s TTMS portal had been issued to many teachers. Mutual Transfer Orders Issued To 7,716 Teachers In 1st Phase & in the 2nd phase more teachers transferred through TTMS Online Portal  hrmsassam.in . After that Teacher Single Transfer Portal Assam launched by Education Dept as per Teacher Single Transfer Guidelines 2022 Assam.

In order to facilitate the transfer of the Teachers during the first year of the initiation of the Online Portal for the Transfer of the Teachers, the online transfer portal is already open from midnight of 09th August 2022, to enable the teachers to submit their application for Intra and inter District Transfers including Intra and inter mutual transfers. 

Further, in the online mode, all the subsequent procedures shall follow, to give effect to the transfer of the Teachers. Alongside, the mutual transfer option would continue to be available to the teachers. Notably, the Assam government in the Secondary Education Department, in the exercise of the powers under Rule 18 of the Assam Elementary and Secondary School Teachers (Regulation of posting and transfer) Rules, 2022, shall give effect to a separate schedule for the operation and procedures in the online transfer portal.
