Eligibility Details of B Pharm Course Admission 2022
- Seats under State Sponsored Category of Assam: The seats under the category of State Sponsored seats of Assam shall be filled up with the candidates having valid PRC of Assam with the following qualifications:
- Pass in Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination (Science) of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council or any other examination recognized by the Dibrugarh University as equivalent to this examination with English. Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics as the subjects. OR
- Pass in Two-year Diploma in Pharmacy examination from any institute of Assam recognized by the PCI and AICTE.
- Seats under State Sponsored Category of North-Eastern States other than Assam: The seats under this category shall he tilled up with the candidates sponsored by the concerned North-Eastern States other than Assam with eligibility conditions as stated in Pam (a) above.
- Seats under Endowment Category: Candidates from any State with eligibility conditions as stated in Pam (a) above may apply and will be selected on the basis of merit.
- Admission against vacant seats of B. Pharm. 1st year through lateral entry in B. Pharm. 3rd year semester with D. Pharm. qualification under Endowment Category: (No. of vacant seats: 07) Candidates from any State with Two-year Diploma- in Pharmacy from any institute recognized by the PCI and AICTE. Selection will be based on merit and performance in the interview.
- Seats under EWS category against Endowment seats (supernumerary): (No. of seats: 05) Candidates Pass in Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination (Science) of the Assam Higher Secondary Education Council or any other examination recognized by the Dibrugarh University as equivalent to this examination with English. Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics as the subjects.
How to Apply for Dibrugarh University B Pharm Admission 2022
Application for Four Years B. Pharm. Programme shall be through online mode only. No other means of application shall be accepted. Online Registration for submission of Application has started from 27.06.2022. The last date for submission of application is 31.07.2022 (till 5.00 p.m.)
For submission of the Online Application Fonts, intending candidates are advised to follow the following instructions:
- The candidate shall be required to visit the Application Portal for admission on the website- www.dibru.ac.in. or you may visit the online application link directly through the important link section given below.
- The Candidate needs to register on the portal by clicking the “Register” button and providing his/her name, mobile number and a password. The mobile number will be verified through an OTP. Please remember the password for login.
- After successful registration, the candidate needs to login using his/her mobile number and the password.
- After login, the candidate needs to click on the “Apply” button corresponding to the link of “Four Years B. Pharm. Programme” which will lead to an application form. The candidate needs to fill up the application fonts step by step.
- After completion of the filling-up the Form Candidate needs to click the button “Submit and Review”. A preview of the filled-up form will be displayed. Candidates are advised to carefully crosscheck the information and if anything needs to be corrected at this stage, they can go back and edit
- After ensuring that all the information displayed on the Preview is correct, the candidate needs to click ‘Pay now & Submit the application” and the pay the application fee of Rs 700/- only through online mode (Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking).
- The application form will be considered finally submitted only when the application fee is successfully paid by the candidate and an online receipt is generated confirming the payment.
