How to Submit Online Assam Teacher Transfer Application?

As per information about Online Teacher Transfer Application, the 2021 Assam process will be started soon. We will update the complete details after the official launch of the SSA Assam Mutual Transfer 2021 portal. The eligible and desired teachers have to register themselves on the portal & will be able to submit their application for transfer to the desired school only after a successful registration. The process will be simple and complete Online

All categories of Teachers of Govt./ Provincialized Schools of Assam starting from Lower Primary (LP) to Senior Secondary Schools (SS) who want to get them transferred to desired locations may now apply online. 

Service Profile Details

For this purpose, he/ she may now register and submit their service profile details in the TTMS portal within the stipulated time period.

Only after submission of service profile details, they will be able to submit preference for transfer. Here are the basic steps one needs to follow for Online Teacher Transfer Application submission.

• Go to the Important Register Online link below.

• Click on Submit Service Profile link.

• The official TTMS Portal will be displayed.

• Click on the "Create Account" button.

• Enter required details - Name, Email id, Gender, DOB, Mobile number and select a password and submit button.

• Next again click on Submit Service Profile link and sign in to the TTMS portal using the Login button.

 After logging in you have to fill up your personal details as asked in the following 11 sections -

All teachers looking for transfer and posting to their desired locations have to mandatorily upload copy of the following documents.

• TET Marksheet cum Certificate
• D. El Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet
• HSSLC Mark sheet
• Graduation Mark sheet
• Proof of Date of Birth
• Appointment Letter

Size of Documents

The maximum size of each of the supporting documents should not exceed 300KB.

Photograph & Signature

Teachers have to upload one clear passport size photograph and copy of scanned signature. Maximum size of each should not exceed 50 KB.

Note: For those teachers who had joined before 3rd September, 2001, uploading of TET Mark sheet cum Certificate and D. El. Ed. or B. Ed Mark sheet is not mandatory.

Application for Mutual Transfer in Education Department Assam Pre-Requirement :

Before going to apply for online Mutual Transfer, the following information must be available with the applicant:-

• Own 13- digit Teacher Code (as per HRMIS).
• Own valid personal mobile number in HRMIS web portal.
• Own valid personal e-mail in HRMIS web portal.
• 11- Digit the school code of the other teacher with whom he/she intends to have the mutual transfer.
• 13- Digit teacher code of the other teacher with whom he/she intends to have the mutual transfer.
• The other teacher must have also valid personal mobile number in HRMIS web portal.
• Teacher must ensure whether his/her post status(Regular-1/ Contractual-2/Contractual(State Pool)-5 is correct in HRMIS.
• Both Applicants must have same Language-1 as per TET Mark sheet cum Certificate. If any of the above information is not available, then the Block Mission Office,SSA, MIS officials may be contacted for support.

Online Registration Process in Application for Mutual Transfer in Education Department Assam  :

➧ First of all, You have to visit SSA Assam Mutual transfer link 

➧ Enter 13 digit HRMIS teacher code.
➧ And click send Password to my HRMIS registered mobile.
➧ Now, the Candidate will get an SMS at your HRMIS registered mobile number.
➧ Next, enter the 13-digit HRMIS teacher code & Password to login.
➧ Then Candidate will see the application form of Mutual transfer.

Application for Mutual Transfer in Education Department Assam by 1st Applicant  :

1. Select Category of Transfer

2. Apply for Mutual Transfer (SSA/State Pool) or You can Select Apply for Mutual Transfer(Regular)

(You Can See "My Dashboard". If you are 1st Applicant. If you are 2nd applicant (i.e. a mutual request is already sent to you) 

3. Now Click here for filling up Mutual Transfer Application Form if you are the First Applicant.

4. Enter your 13 digit teacher code and then press Enter Key. Now you will see some basic information except some fields which are needed to be entered by you.

5. Enter Your Valid Mobile Number

6. Select TET Certified Language-1

7. Enter Your Valid Email ID.

8. Select TET Certified Language-1

9. Select Reason for Mutual Transfer from the drop-down box.

10. Write brief note of Reason((Write it within 30 words)

11. Enter 11 digit UDISE Code of School of the Other Teacher with whom you want to have a mutual transfer and then Click Enter Key.

12. Enter the 13 digits HRMIS Teacher Code of the Other Teacher with whom you want to have a mutual transfer and then Click Enter Key.

13. After Completion of Entry, click on Submit Application.

14. Click on the "Confirm and Submit" Button if all are OK otherwise click on the Edit button.

15. Now Click on Logout by the 1st Applicant.

Application for Mutual Transfer in Education Department Assam by 2nd Applicant :

1.Log in SSA Assam Mutual transfer link by entering HRMIS Teacher Code & Password.

2. Now Click Accept Button if you agree with 1st Applicant otherwise you can Reject it.

3. Select TET Certified Language-1

4. Click on the I accept the request button.

2nd Applicant has already accepted the request of 1st applicant which was reflected on the table. After the 2nd Applicant needs to click on Logout, i.e. 2nd applicant has completed his process.
