Eligibility Criteria of Nowgong College Recruitment
Age Limit:
The age of candidates should not be more then 38 years as on 01.01.2021, relaxable by 5 years of SC/ST/PWD candidates and 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.
Educational Qualification:
Educational qualifications and selection procedure will be as per Govt. Office Memorandum No. AHE.407/2017/53, dated 17.11.2020. The qualification of recruitment of Assistant Professor, a candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET. Candidates who are os have been awarded a Ph.D. degree only in accordance with
University Grant Commission (Minimum Standard and Procedure for Award of Ph.D. Degree) regulation, 2009 only shall be exempted from the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET/SLET/SET for recruitment and appointment of the mentioned posts.
The Post shall be filled up with strict compliance with the provisions of the AFRBM Act, 2005, existing reservation Rules, Rulings of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well as order of Hon'ble High Court and in accordance with the service Rules and due procedures established by law.
# The employed candidates must submit the NOC from appointing authority.
# Candidates must have proficiency in local language.
