1. Head Jarikarak
No of posts: 01

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates must have served not less than two years of continuous service in any establishment of Judicial department as Jarikarak/ Peon.
Pay: Rs.14,000 – 49,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,600/- per month with other admissible allowances.

2. Jarikarak
No of posts: 05 [UR: 3, OBC/MOBC: 01, STP: 01 ]

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates need to be a minimum Class VIII pass.

Pay: Rs.14,000 – 49,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,200/- per month with other admissible allowances.

3. Driver
No of posts: 01

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates need to be a minimum Class VIII pass. A valid professional LMV license is mandatory.

Pay: Rs.14,000 – 49,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,200/- per month with other admissible allowances.

4. Peon
No of posts: 08 [ UR: 4, OBC/ MOBC: 2, STP: 1, SC: 1]

Educational Qualification: 

Candidates need to be minimum Class VIII pass.

Pay: Rs.12,000 – 37,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/- per month with other admissible allowances.

5. Chowkidar

Educational Qualification: Candidates need to be minimum Class VIII pass.
Pay: Rs.12,000 – 37,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/- per month with other admissible allowances.

6. Sweeper
No of posts: 01

Educational Qualification: Candidates need to be minimum Class VIII pass.

Other Criteria of Hojai Recruitment 2021

Age Limit: 

For the post of Jarikarak, Peon, Chowkidar, Sweeper and Driver, the age of candidate must not be less than 18 years of age and more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2021.

Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation will be as follows

• OBC/MOBC: 3 Years
• SC/ST: 5 Years
• PWD: 10 Years
• Ex-Servicemen: 2 Years

Citizenship: 

The candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India.

• The applicants must submit their applications in the Standard Form of application published in Assam Gazette Part-IX (annexed with this advertisement). A candidate will have to submit 4 (Four) copies of recent passport size photographs and testimonials of his/her Age, Caste, Educational Qualification etc., along with the filled-up application form, in photocopy to be self-attested.

• There must be a separate application in separate sealed envelopes for separate posts and the post applied for should be conspicuously mentioned in the envelope.

• The intending candidates for the post of Head Jarikarak shall submit their applications through the proper channel including an experience certificate issued by the respective District and Sessions Judge or equivalent courts.

• Candidates applying for other posts who are already in government service have to apply through proper channel.
