Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam has released a notification regarding the regarding physical document verification for the recruitment of 9882 posts of Assistant Teacher (LP and UP) and Hindi Teacher vacancy. For candidates who submitted online applications for these posts that subsequent to the back-office-verification, Physical Document Verification of certain candidates for the post of regular teachers is required and therefore the same is scheduled in the venue and date mentioned in this article.

Important Notice

04-01-2020: As per Official information,  Physical Document Verification of certain candidates for the post of regular teachers is required, and the same will be held from 06-01-2021

Instructions to Candidates for DEE Assam Physical Document Verification 2021

1. The list of candidates, who need to be present in the Physical Document Verification will be available on the website, i.e. dee.assam.gov.in.

2. The candidates must bring a copy of the Acknowledgement of their Online Application along-with all their original documents and a photocopy set of the same.

3. The candidature of the candidate, called for Physical Document Verification, who fails to attend the Physical Document Verification will be summarily rejected.

4. Only the enlisted candidates will be allowed to enter the venue for Document Verification. Any other grievance will not be addressed during the Document Verification. No other candidate than those called for document verification will be allowed.

5. The candidates must wear masks all the time during the Document Verification process.

Documents required at Physical Verification:

• Online Application Form

• Passport Size Photograph.

• HSSLC Mark-sheet and Certificate.

• Degree Mark-sheet and Certificate (If any)

• DElEd/ BEd Marksheet (1st Year & 2nd Year) and Certificate.

• Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ ST(PVST(H)/OBC/MOBC).

• Certificate NCC (Only B or C Category only), Sports & Cultural (if represented state at National Level).

• Certificate and Mark sheet of Assam TET.

• Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority(If any)

• Certificate of Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) issued by the appropriate authority.(If any)

• Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board.(If any)
