1. Junior Assistant
No of posts: 4 [UR: 2, OBC: 1, PWD: 1]

Age: 18 Yrs-40 Yrs. 3 years age relaxation for OBC candidate. 10 years age relaxation for PwD candidate as per existing rule of the Govt. in force.
Pay: Rs.14000/- -Rs.60500/- +GP+ Other allowances as admissible.

Educational Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a University/ Institute recognized by Govt. of Assam or any examination declared equivalent by the Government.
2. Must possess computer skills for handling data and text on computer including computer typing both English and Assamese.

2. Stenographer

No of posts: 1 [UR]

Age: 18 Yrs-40 Yrs.
Pay: Rs.14000/- -Rs.60500/- +GP+ Other allowances as admissible.

Educational Qualification: 

Graduate in any stream from a recognized College/ Institutions affiliated to a recognized University with having National trade Certificate in Stenography (under ITI’s Assam) or any other Institute recognized by the Govt. of Assam/ Govt. of India with 80 WPM in English Stenography.

The application in prescribed format must be accompanied and by the followings
a. Copies of all certificates/mark sheets in support of educational qualification, computer proficiency certificate, Disability Certificate (in case of PwD candidates), other qualification, age, caste, and valid employment exchange Registration card.

b. Two copies of self- attested recent passport size colour photograph.

c. A self –addressed envelope (size 22 x 10 cm) affixing postal stamp of Rs.5 only.

• Candidates/Applicants will have to superscribe the name of the post applied for at the top of the sealed envelope carrying the application form.
• Candidates willing to apply for more than one category of post shall submit application separately.

The last date of receipt of the application is 16.11.2020. No application will be entertained after 5.00 P.M. of the last date fixed.
