Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari has released an advertisement for the recruitment of 10 Driver, Office Peon, Chowkidar & Jarikarak vacancy under the amalgamated establishment of O/o the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari.

1. Driver
No of posts: 1 (open to all category)

Pay: PB of Rs.14,000-60,500/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.5,200/-
Educational Qualification: 
Minimum HSLC passed or equivalent from a recognized Board.

2. Office Peon
No of posts: 3 (OBC/MOBC: 1, EWS: 1, UR: 1)

Pay: PB of Rs.12,000-52,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/-


Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed.

3. Chowkidar
No of posts: 2 (OBC/MOBC: 1, EWS: 1)

Pay: PB of Rs.12,000-52,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.3,900/-
Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed.

4. Jarikarak
No of posts: 4 (EWS: 4)

Pay: PB of Rs.12,000-52,000/- plus Grade Pay of Rs.4,400/-


Educational Qualification: Minimum Class VIII passed.

Age: 
The applicant must not be less than 18 years and more than 40 years of age as on 1st January 2020. The upper age limit is relaxable tor the candidate of S.C./S.T./OBC-MOBC etc. as per standing Government norms.

Selection Process: 
The accepted applicants have to appear for a Written test. All information pertaining to written test result and final result will be intimated through newspaper and notice board of the Deputy Commissioner Office, Nalbari.

Candidates have to send their application to the following address through post, superscribing the post applied for on the top of the envelope. The candidates may also submit applications in the dropbox placed at Room No. 9 in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Nalbari. • For the post of Driver Candidates (a) Must possess proficiency in Driving (b) Must possess a valid four wheeler Driving License (LMV) issued by the Competent Authority (c) Candidates should be of sound health, both mentally and physically and free from organ defect / bodily infirmity likely to interfere with efficient performance of his duties (d) Candidates must not wear spectacles with dark or tinted glasses and (e) Required to undergo Medical Examination before appointment to the service.

• The candidate must submit self attested Xerox copies of the proof of Permanent Resident of Assam (Voter ID or PRC), Qualifying Examination, Age, Caste certificate etc. along-with recent passport size photograph and specimen signature at the application.

• Candidates belonging to the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) are required to furnish proper “Income & Asset Certificate” issued from competent authority.
