Age limit:
Minimum 15 years & maximum of 24 years as on 01-01-2020. The upper age limit is relaxable for SC/ST/08C and PH & Ex. Serviceman as admissible.
Required Educational Qualification:
Must be passed 10th class examination or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board.
Technical Qualification :
Passed ITI in relevant trades approved by NCVT/SCVT.
Mode of Selection:
- Selection will be on the basis of merit list prepared (trade wise) in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification in respective Units.
- The merit list in each unit will be prepared on the percentage of marks obtained in matriculation with a minimum 50% (aggregate) marks.
Stipend to the selected candidate will be paid as admissible as per extant instruction.
Payment of Fees:
Application Fee (Non-Refundable) Rs. 100/-(Rupees One Hundred Only)
No Fee is required for SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates.

All interested and eligible candidates may apply Online by visiting www.nfr.indianrailways.gov.in from 16-08-2020 at 10:00 hrs till 15-09-2020 at 22:00 hrs..
Candidate can apply only in one unit and that too only in one particular trade. If the candidate applies for more than one unit/ trade his/her application will not be considered and rejected.
Candidate Note:
Imparting Training in Railways will not confer any right to the candidates for their absorption in Railway after the successful completion of training.
