DME Assam Online Skill Test 2020

Directorate of Medical Education (DME) Assam released a notification regarding the Online Skill Test and Document Verification for 201 Staff Nurse vacancy of Lakhimpur Medical College & Hospital, North Lakhimpur. Earlier it was supposed to be held offline. Candidates can download their Admit Card/ Call Letter from the official website (dme.assam.gov.in).The Candidate should also upload scanned documents within 15th July 2020.

The Skill Test will now be held from 15/07/2020 to 22/07/2020 through the Online Meeting Platform in view of the current Lockdown in Guwahati and prevailing situation due to COVID-19 in the state and urgent requirement of human resources.

1. Admit Card of HSLC or equivalent or birth certificate for age proof*

2. HSLC/ X Pass Certificate*

3. HSSLC/ Class XII Pass Certificate*

4.  GNM / B.Sc. Nursing Pass Certificate from Board/ University*

5.  Assam Nurses', Midwives' & Health Visitors' Council Registration Certificate*

6.  Caste certificate (where applicable)

7.  Person with Disability (Divyang) Certificate

8.  Permanent Residentship Certificate (PRC)

9. Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Category certificate in proper format.

Documents marked * are mandatory.

• Candidates shall upload the scanned copies of relevant testimonials as mentioned below for verification.

• The time slot for individual Skill Test (with Skype / Zoom / Google Duo) will be communicated through email provided by the candidate. Candidates are therefore informed to check their given Emai detailed instructions.

Additional Information Required:

a) Correct E-mail ID for communicating the meeting.

b) Whatsapp Number/ Skype ID / Zoom ID / Google Duo Number.
