Educational Qualification:



Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with minimum 45% marks, 40% for SC/ST candidates in their degree examination.



Technical Qualification:

Must possess a minimum 6 (six) months Diploma/Certificate in computer proficiency from a recognized institute. 

They must have good working knowledge of office productivity software tools (independent of any operating system, r.e. MS Windows, Linux, MAC etc.) such as Word Processor, Spread Sheet, presentation graphics, concept of database, internet and email.

Candidates must have Registration Number in employment exchange in the state of Assam.

Selection Process for Assam Secretariat Recruitment 2020 

There shall be two phases of selection.: Phase I & Phase II. Selection will be made as per the following Criteria:-
  • Written test, 
  • Computer Practical Test and 
  • Precis Writing test

असम सचिवालय ने असम सरकार के तहत जूनियर प्रशासनिक सहायक (JAA) के 170 पदों की भर्ती के लिए एक रोजगार अधिसूचना जारी की है।

(viii) महिलाओं के लिए आरक्षण: मौजूदा प्रावधान के अनुसार सभी श्रेणियों में 30%।
(ix) भूतपूर्व सैनिकों के लिए आरक्षण: मौजूदा प्रावधान के अनुसार सभी श्रेणियों में २%।

आयु: उम्मीदवार की आयु 01.01.2020 के अनुसार 18 वर्ष से कम और 38 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। ऊपरी आयु सीमा इस प्रकार है:

  • (ए) एससी / एसटी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 5 वर्ष।
  • (बी) ओबीसी / एमओबीसी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 3 वर्ष।
  • (ग) पूर्व सैनिकों के लिए 2 वर्ष।
  • (घ) पीडब्ल्यूडी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 10 वर्ष।


 शैक्षिक योग्यता:

  • आवेदकों को किसी भी विषय में न्यूनतम 45% अंकों के साथ किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक होना चाहिए, उनकी डिग्री परीक्षा में एससी / एसटी उम्मीदवारों के लिए 40%।
  • उम्मीदवारों को किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से कंप्यूटर दक्षता में न्यूनतम 6 (छह) महीने का डिप्लोमा / प्रमाण पत्र होना चाहिए। उन्हें कार्यालय उत्पादकता सॉफ्टवेयर टूल्स (किसी भी ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम से स्वतंत्र, जैसे एमएस विंडोज, लिनक्स, मैक आदि) का अच्छा कार्य ज्ञान होना चाहिए जैसे वर्ड प्रोसेसर, स्प्रेड शीट, प्रेजेंटेशन ग्राफिक्स, डेटाबेस की अवधारणा, इंटरनेट और ईमेल।


 उम्मीदवारों के पास असम राज्य में रोजगार कार्यालय में पंजीकरण संख्या होनी चाहिए।

 चयन प्रक्रिया: 

  • लिखित परीक्षा, 
  • कंप्यूटर प्रैक्टिकल टेस्ट और 
  • प्रीसीस राइटिंग टेस्ट
