SEBA, Assam declared HSLC Results 2020 on 06-06-2020; still, the results of some candidates have been kept withheld due to a few reasons. Those candidates have to contact the SEBA board within the stipulated time to clear their withheld results
.

  • Documents Required: Registration Card and Admit Card
  • Last Date of Application Submission: 7 (seven) days from the date of declaration of results

Withheld for Registration anomaly:

  • Reason for withheld: 

Provisional Admit Cards /Admit Cards were issued to some candidates who filled in forms for appearing in the HSLC/AHM Examination without furnishing Registration Number.

Remedy: Such candidates will have to submit an application along with the Registration Card (original) and Admit Card duly forwarded by the Principal/Headmaster/Headmistress/ Superintendent of the school after 7 (seven) days from the date of declaration of the Results.


  • Withheld for other reasons:

Reason for withheld:
 

The candidates whose results have been kept withheld for other reasons.

Remedy: 

Such candidate/s shall be required to appear before the Clearance Committee of Examination, SEBA for a personal hearing with a letter of identification from the Heads of concerned School after 7 (seven) days from the date of declaration of results. They shall also bring the original Admit Card and Registration Card with them.

Important Dates:


It is further notified that application for correction of Marks-Sheet/Pass Certificates if any, shall be submitted through the concerned Heads of Institution within 30 (thirty) days from the date of declaration of Results.


Important Note: 

  • All papers/applications relating to withheld cases and for cases of non-receipt of Mark Sheets etc. shall be submitted in the Receipt Counter of SEBA where a receipt will be issued. 
  • Results of such cases and correct Marks Sheets will be obtained from the office of the Board of Secondary Education, Assam within 10 (ten) days from the date of submission of the application on the production of Board’s receipt, and an authority letter from the Head of the Institution concerned.
  • Results withheld for other reasons, if any, shall be subject to enquiry and clearance by the concerned committee of the Board.
