Educational Qualification:
BE. in Civil Engineering (Higher qualification will be preferred). Must be retired candidates with a good health condition in the rank of Additional Chief Engineer, P.W.D.. Govt. of Assam.
Experience:
Minimum 15 Years or more experience in building and design works (Civil).
