Education Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma declared that HS Result will be available within June 2020

It needs mention here that the HSLC/AHM examination results, which also got delayed due to COVID-19 and the subsequent lockdown, will be declared on June 6. This year, approximately 2.34 lakh students appeared HS final exams in Arts, Commerce, Science and Vocational streams. The exams were held from February 12 to March 14,2020 at 772 centers across the State. Previously AHSEC Promotes HS First-Year Students for the academic year will 2019-2020 to the second year for the session 2020-2021 due to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Assam Higher Secondary Education Council popularly known as AHSEC Board is a board of education under the state government of Assam. It regulates the 12th education or higher secondary level in Assam. It is divided into 3 categories mainly Arts, Science, and Commerce.
