DTE Assam Lecturer Written Test: 

The candidates will have to appear in a Written Test of the relevant Branch/ Subject as per the following structure.

Structure of Written Test:

2	Lecturer (Non-Tech except Commerce/ Humanities)	100	2 hours
3	Lecturer (Non-Tech: Commerce/ Humanities)	100	2 hours

Marking pattern in the Written Test: 

4 marks will be awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for every wrong answer.

Syllabus:

• Lecturer (Tech): As per the GATE 2020 syllabus of the relevant Branches.

• Lecturer (Non-Tech. except Commerce/ Humanities): As per PG level syllabus for relevant Subjects.

• For Lecturer (Non-Tech.: Commerce/ Humanities): As per PG level syllabus of the subjects: Economics, Accountancy, Management & Sociology.

DTE Assam Selection Process 

• After Successful written examination a list of shortlisted candidates will be published.
• The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification before final selection.
• Merely allowing a candidate to appear in the Written Test does not imply the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria for the post.
