DHS Assam Grade-IV Document Verification Notification

This is for information of all concerned that in reference to this Directorate Notice No. HSE/VAPPTT/GR-IV/PEON/59/2020/2332, dated 02/05/2020, the candidates with following Roll - Numbers who are provisionally selected for the Grade IV posts under the establishment of Directorate of Health Services, Assam, against the Advertisement No. Janasanyog/1D/6193/18, Dated 30/10/2018 and Janasanyog/D/7336/18, Dated, 21/12/2018 and Corrigendum No. Janasanyog/D/7501/18, Dated 25/12/2018 and Janasanyog/D/49 19/19, are directed to appear for document verification on the date and time at the venue mentioned against their Roll Numbers.
If any candidate is found to be not eligible during document verification or at any point of time as per advertisement afterward, his/her selection will stand canceled. If any vacancy arises due to such cancellation, the Selection Committee reserves the right to publish a supplementary list in order of merit for filling up such vacancies.
