Assam Relaxations And Guidelines For Lockdown 3.0

State Health and Finance Minister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma has today announced a list of guidelines laid down by Govt. of Assam to be followed during the extended lockdown 3.0 till 17th May 2020 as per directives of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Govt. of India.

In a Press conference held at the conference room of National Health Mission on 3rd May 2020 from 6 PM onwards, Assam Health and Finance Minister, Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma, laid down a list of guidelines to be followed during the extended lockdown till 17th May as per directives of the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Govt of India.

Important guidelines during lockdown 3.0 :

• Complete curfew in Assam from 6 pm to 6 am except for medical emergencies, medical professionals, pharmacies, and media.

• Private medical hospital/OPD lab services to resume and stay open up to 5 pm

• Standalone shops will remain open up to 5 pm

• 1/3 street shops to open alternately on a rotation basis up to 5pm, for example, GS Road

• Market complexes and shopping complexes to remain closed

• Auto rickshaw/taxi/hand rickshaw to function (1 driver + 2 passengers)

• For two-wheelers, no pillion driving on scooters with the exception for ladies and children below 12 years.

• Restriction of movement of vehicles carrying animals and birds into Assam.

• Weekly haats, fish, and meat markets to remain closed.

• Women employees with up to 5 years old kid need not come to the office.

• People below 12 years and above 65 years are not to come out of the home.

• Use of the mask, social distancing, and sanitizer are compulsory.

• Bars to remain closed.

• All construction (including private builders) activities to start with 50% manpower

• Inter-district and intro-district movement of ASTC buses to function with 50% passengers and private buses to function with the authorization/permission of ASTC (strictly for Green Zone only

• Government and private offices are to resume their work from Monday with 50 percent of employees.

• Tea stalls, restaurants, Mithai shops, ice cream parlors, juice shops, etc, to function on taking away and home delivery basis. No dine-in strictly.

• Barbershops, salons, parlors to remain closed. Barbers and hairdressers or parlor employees can make home visits.

• Footpath vendors not allowed.

• Gyms, swimming pools, and educational institutions, sporting facilities to remain closed.

1. সন্ধিয়া ৬ বজাৰ পৰা পুৱা ৬ বজালৈ ৰাজ্যত সান্ধ্য আইন ঘোষণা।
2. সকলো ব্যক্তিগত চিকিৎসালয় খোলা হ'ব।
3. সকলো দোকান পোহাৰ, কাৰ্যালয় ৫ বজাত বন্ধ কৰিব লাগিব।
4. ৰাজ্যৰ বজাৰ, শ্বপিং মল, চিনেমা হ'ল, জিম, থিয়েটাৰ, বিবাহ হল আদি বন্ধ থাকিব ৷
5. দুচকীয়া বাহনত চালকৰ লগত মহিলা নাইবা ১২ বছৰ তলৰ শিশুহে যাব পাৰিব। চাৰিচকীয়া বাহনত চালকে কেৱল দুজনহে নিব পাৰিব।
6. সকলো নিৰ্মাণ কাৰ্য আৰম্ভ হ’ব ৷ কিন্তু ৫০ শতাংশ বনুৱাহে নিয়োগ কৰিব পাৰিব নিৰ্মাণ কাৰ্যত।
7. সোমবাৰৰ পৰা চৰকাৰী আৰু বেচৰকাৰী অফিচত ৫০% কৰ্মচাৰীৰে খুলিব পাৰিব।
8. ৫ বছৰৰ তলৰ শিশু থকা মহিলা কৰ্মচাৰী চৰকাৰী বা বেচৰকাৰী প্ৰতিষ্ঠানলৈ অহাত বাধা।
9. চাহ, আইচ ক্ৰীম আদি বিপনি গ্ৰীণ জনত খুলিব কিন্ত তাত ৰৈ খাব নোৱাৰিব।
10. স্বাস্থ্য সেৱাৰ লগত জড়িত থকা বিপনি বা প্ৰতিষ্ঠান কেৱল গধূলি ৫ বজালৈ খোলা থাকিব।
11. কিতাপৰ দোকান খোলা থাকিব।
12. অৰেঞ্জ জনত ঔষধৰ বিপনি, জৰুৰী সেৱা, শাক-পাচলি আৰু গেলামালৰ দোকানহে খোলা থাকিব।
13. অৰেঞ্জ জনৰ ভিতৰত কোনো গাড়ী যাব নোৱাৰিব আৰু গলে ওলাই আহিব নোৱাৰিব।
14. গাড়ীৰ শ্বৰূম খুলিব পাৰিব কিন্তু বিভিন্ন সৰঞ্জামৰ দোকানৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত ১ তৃতীয়াংশহে খুলিব পাৰিব।
15. মাজুলী আৰু উত্তৰ গুৱাহাটী সংযোগী ফেৰী সেৱা চলাচলৰ ক্ষেত্ৰত জিলা উপায়ুক্তৰ সৈতে আলোচনা কৰি সিদ্ধান্ত গ্ৰহণ কৰিব ৷
16. যিবোৰ দোকান খুলিব তাত দোকানৰ স্বত্বাধিকাৰীয়ে যোগান ধৰিব লাগিব মাস্ক। মাস্ক ব্যৱহাৰ কৰাটো বাধ্যতামূলক।
17. ৬৫ বছৰীয়া ব্যক্তি আৰু ১২ বছৰৰ তলৰ শিশু ঘৰৰ পৰা আহিব নোৱাৰিব। যিসকল অসুস্থ ব্যক্তি যাৰ বছৰ ৬৫ তেওঁলোক স্বাস্থ্য পৰীক্ষাৰ বাবে আহিব পাৰিব।
18. ASTCৰ অনুমতি অবিহনে বাছ চলাব নোৱাৰিব, কিন্তু ৫০%যাত্ৰীহে নিব লাগিব | ৰেড আৰু অ'ৰেঞ্জ জ'নত বাছ নচলে |
19. ফাৰ্মাচী সমূহ সকলো সময়তে খোলাৰ অনুমতি দিছে |
20. বঙাইগাও, ধুবুৰী, মৰিগাওঁ, গোৱালপাৰা জিলাত এই শিথিলতা নাথাকে |

সকলো পৰিস্থিতিত মাক্স ব্যবহাৰ কৰাটো বাধ্যতামূলক।
