Education Qualification:

Candidates must have the latest UGC Norms (including NET/SLET/ SET). Candidates with Ph.D. awarded as per UGC Regulations 2009 shall be exempted from the requirement of NET/SLET/SET.

The candidates must have minimum 55% marks (or an equivalent grade level) in the concerned subject A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided to SC/ST/PWD candidates. A relaxation of 5% marks may be provided to the Ph.D. holders who have obtained their Master's Degree prior to 19th Sept./1991. The candidates will have to quire their qualifications as on the last date for submitting the application. Eligibility like M.Phil./ Ph.D./ Seminar papers/ Publications have to be submitted on date of interview and not beyond. 

Age Limit: 

The maximum age limit is 38 years as on 01.01.2019, relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates.

Salary: Revised UGC scale of pay plus allowances admissible under the rules. 

All relevant documents in original including PRC must be submitted at the time of the Interview.

The candidates must have a Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC). In-service candidates must apply through proper channel with NOC obtained from the concerned authority.
