NEET 2020 Postponed
The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Under Graduate (NEET-UG) 2020 scheduled to be held on 3rd May 2020 has been postponed to the last week of May due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The notice, issued by NTA director-general Vineet Joshi said, “In view of the hardships face by parents and students due to Covid-19 epidemic, the NTA has postponed the ensuing NEET (UG) May 2020 examination scheduled to be held on May 3, 2020.”

"As of now, the examination is proposed to be held in the last week of May 2020. The exact date will be announced later on after assessing the situation", the notice says.
Accordingly, the admit cards for the examination which were to be issued on 27th March 2020 will now be issued later on after assessing the situation after 15th April 2020, NTA added.
The NTA also advised students to keep visiting the official website for updates and said candidates were also being informed individually through their registered mobile number/email ID.
