DEE Assam Documents Verification Notice

In continuation to the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam notice No.EAA/SIU /125/2018/ 408 Dated 25/02/2020, it is for information of al1 concerned that the date for Screening/ Verification of the Original Documents of the candidates who have applied for the regular vaca~t post of Teachers in LP/ UP Schools under the DEE, Assam having CTET against DEE, Assam Notice No. EAA/SIU/125/ 2018/418 Dated 27/02/2020 and Advertisement No. EAA/SIU/125/2018/22 Dated 11/03/2018 and Advertisement No. EAA/SIU/125/2018/31 Dated 11/03/2018 will commence from the 07/03/2020 in the concerned districts.

The detailed schedule containing the date and venue will be notified by theDEEO of the concerned district along-with the list of candidates and the same will also be available in the official website of DEE, Assam, i.e. dee.assam.gov.in in due course of time.

What you need at Verification?

Screening/ Verification of Documents/ Testimonials of Candidates who have applied for the Post of LP & Up Posts under the Directorate of Elementary Education, Assam.

Documents needed at Verification(Self Attested) :

The following self-attested copies of certificates and documents to be submitted with the print-out copy of the online application and original testimonials to be produced before the District Level Selection Committee:- 

➢ Any ID Proof (PAN card/ DL/ Bank Passbook).

➢ Two Passport Size Photographs.

➢ Online Application Form.

➢ Mark sheet of H. S. (Senior Secondary). 

➢ Pass Certificate of H. S. (Senior Secondary). 

➢ Pass Certificate of H. S. L. C. / H. S. L. C. Admit Card in support of age. 

➢ Certificate and Mark sheet of TET. 

➢ Marksheet and Certificate of Degree (in case of candidates for the post of Hindi Teacher/ Arabic Teacher, shall submit all the Marksheet that shows Hindi/ Arabic as one of the subjects in Degree Level) for UPS.

➢ Certificate and Mark sheet of DElEd. 

➢ Certificates in support of Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe (Plains or Hills) / OBC / MOBC. 

➢ Candidates with disabilities will have to enclose certificates of disabilities issued by Govt. authority. 

➢ Certificate of NCC (B & C Category only), 

➢ Sports or Cultural. (Representing State or Nation) 

➢ Certificate of Ex-servicemen issued by the Director, Sainik Welfare Board. 

Candidates may note that failing to appear before the District Level Selection Committee for Screening/ Verification of documents on the scheduled date and time will result in the cancellation of their candidature. No further communication in this regard will be entertained.
