1. Controller of Examination
No of Posts: 01
3. Store Officer
For a term Of 5 years.
Pay Scale:- Pay Band of Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200/- + Other allowances as admissible (Revised Scale)
Essential Qualifications: A post-Graduate degree from a recognized University with
at least 55 percent marks or it’s equivalent in the CGPA scale; along with
(i) at least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above, or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor, along with experience in educational administration; or
(ii) Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education; or
(iii) 15 years Of administrative experience, Of Which 8 years Shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
Desirabic: Experience in the examination system, computer/software/automation of academic administration, Should have good interpersonal skills to interface with students, teachers, staff, public and media at all levels. A Ph.D. degree is desirable but not essential.
Age limit: – Below 55 years (on the date Of application)

Essential Qualifications:
Post-graduate degree from a recognized university with at least 55 percent marks or its equivalent in the CGPA scale (55% both in Post-Graduate and Under-graduate); along with
(i) at least (ten) years of experience in the line of general administrator/store purchase/finance and accounts.
Desirable: Proficiency in English and Assamese; proficient in drafting letters; good organizational skills; knowledge Of government norms and rules, good Interpersonal skills. Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience of working in-store and purchase section also candidates must be well versed with the use of office packages in general and Libre Calc / MS Excel in particular. Experience in working in any Store & Inventory management application would be an added advantage.
Desired age limit: below 45 years

- The filled up Application form along with all the required documents must reach the Office Of the Registrar before the last date.
- A soft copy of the filled-in application form along with all the required documents must be sent to PDF File Only.
- The University shall process the applications entirely on the basis of information/documents supplied by the candidates.
- In case the information/documents are found to be false/incorrect by way of omission or commission, the responsibility and liability shall lie solely with the candidate, and the application could be summarily rejected without any refund of fees.
