Minimum Qualification:
Graduate or any equivalent degree.

1. Branch Head (Job code 001)

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in branch banking with thorough knowledge of retail banking operations and products. Should be within 35 years of age.

2. Assistant Branch Head (Job code 002)

Eligibility Criteria: 
Minimum 5 years of experience in branch banking with thorough knowledge of retail banking operations and products. It should be within 32 years of age.

3. Branch Sales Manager (Jab code 003)

Eligibility Criteria: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail branch banking. It should be within 32 years of age.

4. Customer Relationship Officer (Job code 004)

Eligibility Criteria: 
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail branch banking. The incumbent should have basic knowledge of retail branch operations and products. It should be within 28 years of age.

5. Sales Manager- two wheeler & four wheeler loans (Job code 005)

Eligibility Criteria: 
Minimum 4 years of experience of handling two and four-wheeler loans, dealer tie-ups etc. It should be within 30 years of age.

6. Sales Manager - Personal Loans (Job code 006)

Eligibility Criteria: 
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the personal loan segment. It should be within 30 years of age.

7. Relationship Manager - SME Loans (Job code 007)

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in SME lending. It should be within 33 years of age.

8. Business HR (Job code 008)

Eligibility Criteria: 
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of human resources. It should be within 32 years of age.

9. State Assets Head (Job code 009)

Eligibility Criteria: 
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in retail assets.
