Applications are invited by Kendriya Vidyalaya NEHU Shillong for Recruitment of  PGT/TGT/PRT/Counselor/Computer Instructor/Coach. WALK-IN-INTERVIEW to be held on 06-03-2020 in the Vidyalaya premises for drawing a panel of teachers who may be engaged on a purely temporary contractual basis in case of a vacancy/requirement by the Vidyalaya during the session 2020-21.

Vacancy details for KV NEHU Shillong Recruitment 2020

1. Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)

Subjects:- Physics, Mathematics, Biology

Educational Qualification:- 

Master Degree in concerned subject with at least 50% Marks in aggregate and B.Ed.

2. PGT (Computer Science)

Educational Qualification:- At least 50% marks in aggregate in any of the following:
B.E. or B.Tech. (Computer Science /IT) from a recognized University or equivalent Degree or Diploma from an institution/ university recognized by the Govt. of India
OR
B.E or B.Tech. (any stream) and Post Graduate Diploma in Computers form recognized University
OR
M.Sc. (Computer Science)/ MCA or Equivalent from a recognized University
OR
B.Sc. (Computer Science)/ BCA or Equivalent and Post Graduate degree in any subject from a recognized University
OR
Post Graduate Diploma in Computer and Post Graduate degree in any subject from recognized University
OR
‘B’ Level from DOEACC and Post Graduate degree in any subject
OR
‘C’ Level from ‘DOEACC’ Ministry of information and Communication Technology and Graduation.

3.Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)

• Subjects:- Maths and Sanskrit

Educational Qualification:-
1. Four year’s Integrated degree course of Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50 % marks in aggregate;
OR
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in the concerned subjects.
2. Passed CTET (Paper-II) conducted by CBSE.

4. PRTs

Educational Qualification:-
1. Senior Secondary (or it’s equivalent) with at least 50% marks.
2. Qualified in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (for Classes I to V) conducted by CBSE in accordance with Guidelines framed by the NCTE for the purpose.

5. Computer Instructor

Educational Qualification:-
M Tech/ MCA/ M. Sc.(C.S)/ B.Tech (C.S.)/ BCA/ M.Sc.(electronics with Computer Science
OR
Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Science/ Maths with a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science.
OR
Postgraduate degree with post-graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ ‘O’ or ‘A’ level from DOEACC

6. Games Coach

Educational Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education or equivalent.

7. Yoga Teacher

Educational Qualification:- 

Graduation in any subject or equivalent from a recognized University with One-year training in Yoga from a recognized institution.

8. Nurse

Educational Qualification:- Three years Diploma in nursing from a recognized Institution and certificate in life-saving skills.

9. Counsellor

Educational Qualification:- 

B.A./ B.Sc.(Psychology) from a recognized College or University and a one-year post-Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counseling.

Age limit:- Minimum 18 years to 65 years as on 01-04-2020.

Salary:- As per Kendriya Vidyalaya norms.

How to apply KV NEHU Shillong Recruitment 2020

1. Candidates must register themselves by submitting the completed Bio-Data Form up to 03.03.2020 by email to principalkvnehu@gmail.com. Biodata form should be download from the Vidyalaya website (www.nehushillong.kvs.ac.in )

2. All the Certificates /Degree must be from recognized Boards/ Universities.
3. All Original Testimonials must be produced at the time of Registration & interview for verification.
4. Minimum and maximum age for contractual basis engagement is 18 years to 65 years as on 01.04.2020
5. A set of attested Xerox copies of all documents should be submitted along with the Bio-Data Form on the date of the interview.
6. No TA / DA will be paid for attending the interview.
7. Appearing in the interview merely will not have any right for part-time engagement, it will be on merit and need-based.
