1. Junior Assistant

Educational Qualification:
Graduate or equivalent in any discipline.

Technical Qualification:

• Candidates must have proficiency in basic Computer Applications like MS Office, MS Windows, Linux, DTP (English/ Assamese), Internet etc.
• Certificate/ diploma for 6 months in Computer Application.

Pay: (PB-II), Rs.14,000-60,500/- + GP Rs.6,200/-

2. Copyist
No of posts: 01 (UR)

Educational Qualification: Graduate or equivalent in any discipline.

Pay: (PB-II), Rs.14,000-60,500/- + GP Rs.5,600/-

3. Driver
No of posts: 01 (UR)

Educational Qualification: 
HSLC passed. Candidates must have professional driving license.

Pay: (PB-II), Rs.14,000-60,500/- + GP Rs.5,600/-

4. Process Server
No of posts: 01 (UR)

Educational Qualification: HSLC passed or equivalent.

Pay: (PB-I), Rs.12,000-37,500/- + GP Rs.3,900/-

5. Peon
No of posts: 01 (UR)

Educational Qualification: VIII standard passed.

Pay: (PB-I), Rs.12,000-37,500/- + GP Rs.3,900/-

6. Chowkidar
No of posts: 01 (UR)

Educational Qualification: VIII standard passed.

Pay: (PB-I), Rs.12,000-37,500/- + GP Rs.3,900/-

7. Chairman
No of posts: 01 (UR)

Educational Qualification: VIII standard passed.

Pay: (PB-I), Rs.12,000-37,500/- + GP Rs.3,900/-

Age limit: 
Minimum 18 years and more than 44 years of age on 1st January 2020. The upper age limit is relaxable for the Candidates of SC/ST/OBC/MOBC etc as per the existing rules enumerated by Govt.

Other Criteria:

• The candidate must have registered their names in the employment exchange and valid registration number along with the date must be mentioned in their application.
• Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel.

Selection Procedure: 
If the number of candidates applying for the post is too large, then the authority may decide to have a qualifying criterion in order to issue admit cards for the written test.

(A) Eligible candidates for the post-Junior Assistant will have to appear in a Written Test, to
be followed by Computer Test of qualified candidates only.

• General English (including General knowledge & Arithmetic) - 150 marks
• Language skills in Assamese/English - 50 marks
• Knowledge of Computer Theory - 50 marks
• Computer Test - 50 marks

(B) Eligible candidates for the post Copyist will have to appear in a Written Test, to be followed by Handwriting Test of qualified candidates only.

• General English (including General knowledge &Arithmetic) - 100 marks

(C) Eligible candidates for the post of Driver will have to appear in a Written-test, to be followed by Driving Test of qualified candidates only.

• General English (including General knowledge & Arithmetic) - 50 marks

(D) Eligible candidates for the rest of the posts at Sl. No. 4,5.6 &7 will have to appear in a Written Test comprising of 50 ( Fifty marks).
