1. SI (Master)

No of posts: 05

Age limit: Minimum 22 & Maximum of 28 years

Educational Qualification: 

10+2 or equivalent. Second class Master Certificate.

2. SI (Engine Driver)

No of posts: 09

Age limit: Minimum 22 & Maximum of 28 years.

Educational Qualification: 

10+2 or equivalent. First Class Engine Driver Certificate.

3. SI (Workshop)

No of posts: 03

Age limit: Minimum 22 & Maximum of 25 years.

Educational Qualification: 

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Or 3 years Diploma in Mechanical or Marine or Automobile Engineering.

4. HC (Master)

No of posts: 56

Age limit: Minimum 22 & Maximum of 25 years

Educational Qualification: Matriculation. Serang Certificate.

5. HC (Engine Driver)

No of posts: 68

Age limit: Minimum 22 & Maximum of 25 years

Educational Qualification: 

Matriculation. 2nd Class Engine Driver Certificate.

5. HC (Workshop Trade),  

Mechanic (Diesel/ Petrol Engine), Electrician, AC Technician, Electronics, Machinist, Carpenter, Plumber)

No of posts: 16

Age limit: Minimum 22 & Maximum of 25 years

Educational Qualification: 

Matriculation. Industrial Training Instituted Diploma in respective trade.

6. CT (Crew)

No of posts: 160

Age limit: Minimum 22 & Maximum of 25 years

Educational Qualification: 

Matriculation. One year experience in operation of Boat below 265 HP. Should know swimming in deep water without any assistance and will submit an undertaking certificate.

Examination Fee: 

Demand Draft/ Postal Order of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred) for the post of SI (Master), SI (Workshop) & SI (Engine Driver) and Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred) for the post of HC (Master), HC (Workshop), HC (Engine Driver) & CT (Crew) as examination fee.

However, the fee is exempted for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, BSF Candidates & Ex-Servicemen.
