Vacancy details for DC Majuli Recruitment 2020

Age limit: 
Minimum 18 years of age and not more than 44 years of age as on 01.01.2020. Upper age limits are relaxable as per Govt rule.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university or any examination declared equivalent by the Government.

Technical Qualification:

• Minimum of 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Applications/ Knowledge from an institute recognized the Govt.
• The candidate must have a good working knowledge of office productivity software tools, (Independent) or any operating system such as MS Windows, Linux, Word Processor. Spreadsheet, Presentation Graphics, Concept of Database, Internet, E-mail Etc.

Pay: Pay/Salary : Rs. 14000.00-60500.00 , GP -6200


Application Fee: 
There shall be no application fee for the aforesaid posts as per Govt. of Assam. Finance (Estt-A) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-06 vide Notification No. FEG 32/2016/12 Dated 21.05.2018.

Selection Procedure

• The Candidates applying for the post of Junior Accounts Assistant will have to appear in Written Test of 300 Marks, comprising of General English(Precis Writing, Drafting, Composition of grammar) (100 marks), General Mathematics (HSLC Standard) (100 marks) and General Knowledge (100 marks). Further, they will have to appear in a computer proficiency test for 50 marks for final selection on the date that will be later on.

• 4 candidates will be selected against each vacancy notified on the basis of the aggregate marks obtained in the Written Test to appear in, the Computer Proficiency Test (Practical).

• The Final selected list will be prepared on the basis of aggregate marks obtained in both the Written Test and Computer Proficiency Test (Practical) and contain the names of candidates equal to the number of vacancies advertised and selected.
