Eligibility Criteria: 
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized University of India. The candidates must have served at least for 15 (Fifteen( years in any of the Deputy Commissioner, Establishment in Assam and have working experience of different branches in General and in the establishment branch in particular as per “The Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service (Amendment) Rules,2009” .

Application Fees: 

Candidates are to deposit an amount of As 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty) only and Rs 125.00 (One Hundred Twenty Five) only in case of SC/ST candidates as application fees to be deposited under Head of Account "0070- OAS” and copy of the Treasury Challan are to enclose along with the applications.

Selection will be done by the Government In General Administration Department as per the Assam Ministerial Dist Act Establishment Service Rules, 1967 and the Assam Ministerial District Establishment Service (Amendment) Rules. 2009

Candidates shall have to appear for the interview at their own expenses l necessary and as and when called for. No TA/DA shall be admissible for the journey.
