Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Arts/Science/Commerce from a recognized university and having a diploma’ certificate course of at least 6 months duration in computer operation.

The candidates must have a Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) and must know the local language. Candidates in service must apply through proper channel.

Age limit:
The upper age limit would be 44 years as on the 1st day Of the year in which the advertisement is issued.
