Vacancy details for DC Dhubri Recruitment 2019

Age limit: 
Minimum 18 years of age and not more than 44 years of age as on 01.01.2019. 

Upper age limits relaxable by 3(three) years for OBC/’MOBC and 5(five) years for SC/ST candidates as per existing Govt. norms. Age will be determined on the basis of the Admit Card /Certificate of H.S.L.C. examination.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline, from a recognized University/institute.

Technical Qualification:

• Minimum of 6 (six) months Diploma in Computer Applications/ Knowledge from an institute recognized the Govt.
• The candidate must have a good working knowledge of office productivity software tools, (Independent) or any operating system such as MS Windows, Linux, Word Processor. Spreadsheet, Presentation graphics, Concept of Database, Internet, E-mail Etc.

Pay: P.B. Rs.14,000/-  to 60,500/- + GP Rs. 6200/- in Pay Band 2.


Application Fee: 
There shall be no application fee for the aforesaid posts as per Govt. of Assam. Finance (Estt-A) Department, Dispur, Guwahati-06 vide Notification No. FEG 32/2016/12 Dated 21.05.2018.

Documents needed with Application:

The applicants must submit the following documents/ testimonials along with the Standard Application Form.

• Self-attested copies of Certificates/Mark Sheets in support of educational qualifications and other required qualifications. Computer Certificate, Age Proof Certificate, Caste Certificate (if applicable.)
• 3 (three) copies of self-attested recent Coloured Passport size photograph (one of which should be pasted on the Application Form).
• Self-addressed envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs. 5/- (Size- 25cm X 12cm),

The application should be submitted in the Standard Form as published in the Assam Gazette in Part-IX in a sealed envelope addressed to the Deputy Commissioner Dhubri and should be submitted in the DDMA Office marked as Dak Bungalow, Dhubri. The application should be submitted either by hand at Dak Bungalow, Dhubri or through the post.

The filled up Application must be duly signed by the candidates.

The last date of submission of the application to the Undersigned is up to 5.00 P.M. of 26-12-2019.
